How do you create the patinas? The patina is created from oxidation on the surface of the copper. This is accomplished by careful "flame painting" with a torch or other heat source. We also produce some of the patinas with patination formulas. Back to Top

What kind of copper do you use? We generally use 16 oz sheet copper, which is 1 pound of copper per square foot. Back to Top
